HD calls this color luxury blue, part number 01xe. The defect would be coves by a seat, therefore no discount would be considered. Harley Davidson oem Dyna Fxd Fxdl rear fender available for purchase is a new oem Dyna rear fender in luxury blue. If you re looking for a rear fender to paint, you re in luck.

The defect is between the first seat mounting holes and where the fender mounts to the frame.

Please see photo. Paint defect I did locate a defect particle caught in the clear coat and marked it with blue tape and an arrow.

The best I can tell, this fender has never been mounted. Fitment this fender was to be used on a 2001 Fxd.

The primed version retails the primed part number for this fender is and even the primed version is pending obsolete.

The best I can tell this fender should fit 1999 to 2001 Dyna super glide Fxd and Dyna low rider Fxdl model's. If an item is not in good working order, I ll list it as such.
