This kit is not ideal for a passenger seat as the fender is bolted to the swing arm, so it moves up and down with the suspension. Was originally ordered for a 2004 springier but decided afterwards to go with the 250 kit. This is done to achieve the tight tire to fender look. Great winter project for those of us in the northern climates too.
