Details:

When I went through the bike I ball honed the cylinder and replaced the stock ring with another n. Speedometer correct original n.very hard to find speedometer cable correct original n.

I drove this bike the day I purchased it and it ran very strong with no issues mechanically with the exception of some small things like a few seals leaking which were all replaced when I re did the bike. I have a lot of time into making this bike as correct as possible when it was used by the original owner.

The tires are vintage mettle 6 day and are about the next best thing to the trolleybus's. So the correct tank is back on the bike and it is in truly amazing condition and all original down to the paint. Stickers spokes very true brakes front rear serviced cleaned orig.

Every nut and bolt on this bike has been polished.. What makes this especially special is that the original owner was a die hard Husqvarna lover who had this bike titled for the street back in 1974.

Chain sprockets appear to be orig. All of the bikes wiring was soldiered and shrink tubed and a rectifier was also added for the lighting circuit.

I cannot think of anything it is going to need. The fenders were replaced with new do to there age and they were brittle.

S with fork mounts headlight high low switch with horn button n. This is the system with the removable baffle. C front forks original serviced with new seals and oil rear shocks original cleaned v front it may be a wr400 and may not.

Vintage duel spark plug holder with wrench custom mounted to handle bar riser's also n. I am going to post a list below on what is new and what is original.

Does have the horn wire installed in case you want to add a horn for the street.. Maura throttle assembly with trap door original beautiful grips Maura diamond cut original n.

Clutch original a feels great top end ball honed new n. Skill switch original headlight assembly Preston petty n.period correct. Making it probably one of the only ones in America.

Carburetor being 54 with the tickler excellent with new carb kit installed. Tank all original paint no dings or dents seat all original beautiful does have some light looks like red over spray on it.

I am very anal about my bikes and try to make everything as right correct as possible and have been a mechanic for 45 years take pride in what I work on with no short cuts.

It is complete and in mint condition the pipe is dent free and the heat shield has a couple very small dings. If it is the wr400 system I am thinking the original owner ran this to make it more quiet for the street.stock ring. Made in sweden sticker with the flag.

And in great shape swing arm serviced cleaned greased with no wear to speak of. Every cable on the bike is original with the oilier's and the seat is also original to give you an idea of how well it was taken care of.

These are great very hard to find tires. When I got the bike the speedometer and cable were long gone as well as the headlight.

Also serviced cleaned and greased the neck bearings both front and rear axles which were also polished exhaust I honestly can't say for sure but I know its period correct. He was using a wry tank for the reason that it would hold more fuel for the street. I will include the wr400 tank with the purchase being that it has a long history with the bike.

This bike was ordered with the rear speedometer drive set up and he also ordered the case saver bars which were a very rare Husqvarna option and I only saw one other pair of these ever.
